Loretta’s Flexible Stay Apartment
2239 West Armitage Avenue, Chicago
Loretta’s is a comfortable and private two-bedroom apartment (one queen, one twin). This all-brick, owner-occupied two-flat, restored in the 1930s Arts and Crafts style, is located in the vibrant Bucktown/ Wicker Park area.
Amenities at Loretta’s include a full kitchen with self-serve breakfast, deep-soaking tub (with bathrobes!), ceiling fans, satellite TV with DVD player and On Demand programming, free parking, free wireless Internet access, and free in-unit laundry. With the sofa or single Aerobed, the unit accommodates up to three adults and one child (crib and high chair provided).
Pat’s Place I and II
1911 West Berteau Avenue, Chicago
Pat’s Place is located in the NorthCenter/Ravenswood neighborhood of Chicago, a great location just a few miles north of downtown Chicago and near Lake Michigan. The property is located in a lovingly restored 1895 Victorian building in a quiet residential neighborhood
Pat’s Place I has a living room with queen size sofa bed, a dining room/office/bedroom, a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and hot pot and a full bath with Jacuzzi tub. The multi-purpose room has an office area with computer, multi-function printer/fax and DSL service, a drop-leaf table, and a full size Murphy bed.
Pat’s Place II is a bright and spacious (1470 sq. ft.) three bedroom, one bath apartment. The comfortable living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable, DVD player, and audio system. The formal dining room doubles as a work area with the computer desk and recently added computer with DSL and multi-function printer/fax. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped for preparing and enjoying your own meals. It is stocked with an assortment of items for your continental breakfast.
Ginko Leaf Apartment
2848 North Racine, No. 1, Chicago
This beautifully renovated home in a 100-year-old frame is located in Lakeview, one of Chicago’s premier neighborhoods on Lake Michigan. It is three miles from downtown and a few blocks from the CTA Brown Line train to the Chicago Loop. Historic Lincoln Park, the lakefront, and Wrigley Field are within walking distance, about a mile away on lively, colorful city streets.
There are two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other full-size. Together with the queen-size sleeper sofa and Aerobeds, the Ginkgo Leaf accommodates up to eight guests. Children and babies are welcome; a crib, high chair, and stepstool are available.
The home is totally private with a separate entrance, on a quiet, tree-lined residential street. A full extra lot on the South side of the building includes garden, deck, and patio areas that you are invited to enjoy. Permits for street parking are provided. Pets are welcome
John’s Lincoln Park Apartment

This lavishly furnished, one-bedroom condo in the heart of Lincoln Park is close to all types of shopping and good public transportation to get you downtown in minutes.
Upscale and newly converted, John’s condo accommodates up to four guests, offering a queen-size bed, sofa bed, cable television, in-unit washer and dryer, and a private, fenced patio.
